Volunteer (Applications Now Open!) - Space Oasis Music Festival

Welcome to the 2024 Space Oasis application for the volunteer program. Please read the following information carefully and fill out the fields below to the best of your ability.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PURCHASE AN UPFRONT FESTIVAL TICKET AND ARE ABLE TO WORK THE DATES YOU HAVE LISTED ON YOUR APPLICATION.

** All volunteers must work either a setup or teardown shift (or both if you’re feeling ambitious!) as well as two 6 hour shifts during the event in order to have your ticket fully reimbursed.

Timeline:

February/March/April – Volunteer applications are open.
May – Status of application emails will be sent out from info@space-oasis.com
May – Shifts will be available to schedule
June 26 – 27 – Pre-Event Setup (10 hour shifts)
June 28 to July 1 – During Event (6 hour shifts)
July 1 – 2 – Post-Event Teardown (10 hours shifts)
Late July – Tickets will be refunded if shifts have been fulfilled
