Directions / When To Arrive

The address to the ranch is 59720 Twin Lakes Rd, Grass Valley, OR 97029-3072. DO NOT pull into the ranch driveway once you arrive, and instead, continue down Twin Lakes road until you see the large ENTRANCE flag. Please feel free to show up any time after 12pm on Friday, June 28th.  There will be someone at the entrance 24 hours a day to check you in.

Check-In / Wristbands

When you arrive at the ENTRANCE flag, turn towards the lake and drive down the dirt road until you see the CHECK IN flag. There we will get you checked in, give you a wristband and guide you to the camping area. Please bring a picture ID. You will be asked for it during check-in. Please also have your ticket printed or available on your phone for us to scan.

Please leave your wristband on during the duration of your stay. If you are caught without one, you may be asked to leave the property.  If you lose your wristband, you will be required to contact staff, and to show your ID and ticket to get another.

Lake Waiver

Anyone who wishes to swim/float in the lake over the weekend must sign a waiver at checkin upon arrival. This is to ensure that you take full responsiblity for any consequences of lake usage during your stay. We do not have the staff for a lifeguard this year, and we also know people will be drinking. And while we have a strict NO swimming while intoxicated rule, there is no way for us to enforce it.  So if you’d like to use the lake, be prepared to sign a wavier in exchange for a blue wristband!  If you are caught in the lake without a blue wristband, you will be called out and asked to leave.

No Guest List

If you are coming with a guest, they MUST have a ticket. Simply put, there is no guest list, nor will we be giving out any plus ones. Anyone who isn’t performing will need to purchase a ticket to the event.
